You do not have to transfer the fuel in bulk so you are saving money on transport and being environmentally friendly friendly by not producing pollutants through traffic.
Using this process is financially sound as you are getting a higher rate of energy conversion so you get more out of the money you put in, the capital cost is lower. The rate that you are charged for landfill is not as good as you get with the cost of tonnage, you only require a little space to set up machinery.
